Roller press WP 200 Pharma

The WP 200 Pharma roller press was designed by Alexanderwerk specifically for use in production environments and meets the highest requirements and standards. With a throughput of up to 500 kg/h (lactose), the WP 200 Pharma covers the production of frequently changing, specialty products and small batches, as well as compaction and granulation in continuous operation.

The WP 200 Pharma comes standard with the Alexanderwerk-patented Combi-Vent-Feeder®. This special design of the feed system ensures particularly economical operation of the plant, as the improved venting allows larger quantities of product to be fed into the roller gap. Thanks to the floating bearings, the process technology of the WP 200 Pharma can be completely disassembled without special tools. Furthermore, the modular design guarantees quick changing and cleaning of all working tools and thus fulfills the requirements for flexible production. To ensure a compact design, the control system of the WP 200 Pharma is integrated in an external control cabinet. Numerous special versions or customer-specific adaptations are available upon request. Due to technical changes and further developments, the machines may differ in detail from the versions shown.
