Roller press PP 175

The PP 175 roller press from Alexanderwerk is the ideal roller press for cost-effective compaction, meeting all requirements and standards. The PP 175 complements the PP series of machines below the PP 250 and, with a roller diameter of 175 mm, achieves a throughput of up to 2,400 kg/h.

The PP 175 comes standard with the Alexanderwerk-patented Combi-Vent-Feeder®. This special feed system design ensures particularly economical operation, as improved venting allows larger quantities of product to be fed into the roller gap.

Thanks to its modular design and the rollers' double-sided bearings, an extremely robust construction is guaranteed. This enables a maximum linear pressing force of 243 kN/cm. Process parameters determined in trials can be easily scaled up for production on the PP 175 roller press. The PP 175 offers great flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of granule sizes.
