RFG 250 DDL
The Type 250 rotor fine granulators were designed by Alexanderwerk for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the food industry, as well as life science and nuclear technology, where they are used for the granulation and comminution of dry or slightly moist raw materials.
With these three types, Alexanderwerk offers a closely graduated range of high-performance machines that, depending on the raw material and screen insert, can process a material quantity of up to 4,500 kg/h. To achieve different granule sizes, various sieve inserts with mesh sizes between 0.63 mm and 3.15 mm are available in the standard version. In contrast to conventional designs, where at least 50% of the comminution takes place only within the working area in the third quadrant, the effective working area is significantly increased with diagonal granulation. As a result, the rotor fine granulators achieve up to a 100% increase in performance as well as gentler and finer comminution, leading to minimized investment costs and an increase in the quality of the end product. Furthermore, the modular design guarantees quick changing and cleaning of all work tools, thus fulfilling the requirements for flexible working. Numerous special versions or customer-specific adaptations are available upon request. Due to technical changes and further developments, the machines may differ in detail from the versions shown.
