BT 120 Pharma
The BT 120 Pharma was designed by Alexanderwerk specifically for use in research and development, where it is used to produce scales. With a throughput of up to 8 kg/h (lactose), this compaction machine is perfectly suited for compacting preparations and active pharmaceutical ingredients. Its compact design and the absence of a comminution function make it the ideal machine for the initial stages of pharmaceutical formulation.
Thanks to its floating bearings, the BT 120 Pharma's process technology can be completely disassembled without special tools. Furthermore, the modular design ensures quick and easy changing and cleaning of all working tools, thus fulfilling the requirements for flexible operation.
To guarantee straightforward and rapid deployment at different locations, the control system and operator interface are integrated into the machine. Additionally, determined process parameters can be easily transferred to larger machines for later production scale.
Numerous special versions and customer-specific adaptations are available upon request. Due to technical changes and further developments, the machines may differ in detail from the versions shown.
