Roller press PP 350

The PP 350 roller press from Alexanderwerk is the ideal roller press for economical compaction and meets all requirements and standards in this field. The PP 350 complements the PP series of machines below the PP 500 and, with a roller diameter of 350 mm, achieves a throughput of up to 6,000 kg/h. The PP 350 comes standard with the Alexanderwerk patented Combi-Vent-Feeder®. This special design of the feed system ensures particularly economical operation of the plant, as the improved venting allows larger quantities of product to be fed into the roller gap. Due to the modular design and the double-sided bearing of the rollers, an extremely robust construction is guaranteed. This allows a maximum linear pressing force of 900 kN/cm to be achieved. Process parameters determined in the trial can be easily scaled up for production on the PP 350 roller press. The PP 350 allows for great flexibility and adaptation to a wide variety of granule sizes. Numerous special versions or customer-specific adaptations are available upon request.
