Roller press WP 120 Pharma

The WP 120 Pharma was specifically designed by Alexanderwerk for use in research and development environments and meets the highest requirements and standards. Both minimal product quantities from 1 g and throughputs of up to 50 kg/h (lactose) can be processed into granules of various sizes using the standard roller width of 40 mm. This enables its use with special products and smaller batches in both pilot plants and lower-level production areas under constant and reproducible production conditions. Thanks to its floating storage system, the WP 120 Pharma's process technology can be completely disassembled without special tools. Furthermore, the modular design guarantees quick changing and cleaning of all work tools, thus fulfilling the requirements for flexible production. The WP 120 Pharma is mobile and therefore meets the requirements for mobility and flexibility in everyday pilot plant operations. To ensure uncomplicated and rapid deployment at different locations, the control system and operating unit are integrated into the machine. In addition, determined process parameters can be easily transferred to larger machines for later production scale. Numerous special versions or customer-specific adaptations are available upon request. Due to technical changes and further developments, the machines may differ in detail from the versions shown.
