The WP 120 Pharma was designed by Alexanderwerk specifically for use in research and development areas and meets the highest requirements and standards. Both minimal product quantities from 1 g and throughputs of up to 50 kg/h (lactose) can be processed into granules of various sizes using the standard roller width of 40 mm. This enables use with special products and smaller batches both in the technical center and in the lower production area under constant and reproducible production conditions.

Thanks to the floating storage, the process technology of the WP 120 Pharma can be completed without special tools disassemble. Furthermore, the modular design guarantees that all work tools can be changed and cleaned quickly and thus meets the requirements for flexible production.

The WP 120 Pharma is designed to be mobile and thus meets the requirements based on mobility and flexibility in everyday technical center life. To ensure uncomplicated and quick use at different locations, the control and the operating unit are integrated into the machine. In addition, determined process parameters can be easily transferred to larger machines for a later production scale.
