Roller press WP 120 Pharma

The WP 120 Pharma was specifically designed by Alexanderwerk for use in research and development environments, meeting the highest requirements and standards. With its standard 40 mm roller width, it can process even the smallest product quantities, starting at 1 g, as well as throughputs of up to 50 kg/h (lactose), into granules of various sizes. This allows for use with specialized products and smaller batches in both pilot plants and lower-level production areas under consistent and reproducible production conditions.

Thanks to its floating bearing system, the WP 120 Pharma's process technology can be completely disassembled without special tools. Furthermore, the modular design ensures quick and easy tool changes and cleaning, thus fulfilling the requirements for flexible production.

The WP 120 Pharma is mobile, addressing the need for mobility and flexibility in everyday pilot plant operations. To guarantee quick and easy deployment at different locations, the control system and operator panel are integrated into the machine. Furthermore, the determined process parameters can be easily transferred to larger machines for later production scale.
