Roller press BT 50 Pharma

The BT 50 Pharma was specifically designed by Alexanderwerk for use in research and development environments and meets the highest standards. It can process product quantities as small as 25 g and throughputs of up to 2 kg/h (lactose) into flakes. This allows for use with specialty products and smaller batches in pilot plants as well as in lower-level production areas under consistent and reproducible conditions. An optional manually operated granulator is also available.

Thanks to its floating bearing design, the BT 50 Pharma's process technology can be completely disassembled without special tools. Furthermore, the modular design ensures quick and easy tool changes and cleaning, thus fulfilling the requirements for flexible production.

To guarantee straightforward and rapid deployment at different locations, the control system and operator panel are integrated into the machine. Additionally, determined process parameters can be adapted to larger machines for future production scale-up.
