Reappointment of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt to the Executive Board
The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG has just decided to reappoint Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt as a member of the Executive Board for the period until June 30, 2022. Dr.-Ing. Schmidt has just accepted the appointment. Accordingly, the appointment of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt as managing director of the principal subsidiaries, in particular of Alexanderwerk GmbH, is also to be renewed or extended.
