Change in the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG

Incumbent member of the Executive Board, Fatih Yavuz, today informed the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG of his resignation for personal reasons from the office as well as from all other offices in companies affiliated with Alexanderwerk AG with effect from the end of December 31, 2023. As of this time, the employment contract with Mr. Yavuz will also be terminated by mutual agreement and on the best of terms. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Yavuz for his services and wishes him all the best for the future, both professionally and privately.

Incumbent member of the Executive Board, Bekim Bunjaku, today informed the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG of his resignation for personal reasons from the office as Executive Board member with effect from the end of December 31, 2023. The employment contract entered into between Alexanderwerk AG and Mr. Bunjaku will be terminated by mutual agreement and on the best of terms to take effect at the end of December 31, 2023. Instead, Alexanderwerk GmbH will enter into an employment contract with Mr. Bunjaku as managing director. The Supervisory Board wishes to thank Mr. Bunjaku for his services as a member of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG and looks forward to continued excellent collaboration with him as part of Alexanderwerk GmbH.

Today, the Supervisory Board has appointed and employed Andreas Ridder as Executive Board member of Alexanderwerk AG with immediate effect. Mr. Ridder will initially hold the office on an interim basis until the end of June 30, 2024. The Supervisory Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ridder for taking up his position. The Supervisory Board is working on the long-term composition of the Executive Board and will inform the capital market of the progress made in due course.
