Extension of the term of appointment of the Executive Board
The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG today decided to extend the term of appointment of Dr. Thomas Paul as a member of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG.
Dr. Thomas Paul has held the position of CEO on an interim basis since May 6, 2022 and was initially appointed until the end of December 31, 2022.
By today’s resolution, the Supervisory Board has initially extended the term of appointment of Dr. Thomas Paul until the end of July 31, 2023. The employment contract concluded by the company and Dr. Thomas Paul was extended accordingly.
The Supervisory Board has not yet made a final decision on the long-term composition of the Executive Board.
