Resignation of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt from the Executive Board by mutual agreement

Alexanderwerk AG and Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt have just reached an amicable agreement on the best of terms on the resignation of Dr.-Ing. Schmidt from the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG by mutual consent and with effect from the end of today. In terms of the contract, the Executive Board service agreement ends on June 30, 2022. The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG would like to thank Dr.-Ing. Schmidt for his achievements and services to the company and wishes him continued success in his professional future and all the best in his private life.
