Annual General Meeting / Dividend
Today’s Annual General Meeting of Alexanderwerk AG has just resolved, at the proposal of a shareholder, to pay a dividend of EUR 1.19 per dividend-bearing share for the 2020 financial year. The management’s proposal for the appropriation of profits was rejected.
