Change in the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG
Mr Jürgen F. Kullmann, acting member of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG, has declared to the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG that he will resign from his office for personal reasons with effect from the next Annual General Meeting. At the same time, Mr Kullmann has resigned from his position as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
The Supervisory Board will immediately elect a new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board from among its members. A proposal for the election of a Supervisory Board member to replace the resigning member will be submitted to the company's next Annual General Meeting for resolution.
The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Kullmann for his services and wish him all the best for the future, both professionally and personally.
