Further changes in the Supervisory Board at the next Annual General Meeting
Mr. Franz-Bernd Daum, current member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG, has notified the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Alexanderwerk AG that he is resigning from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board and thus also as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
A proposal to elect a member of the Supervisory Board as successor to the retiring member will be submitted to the Company's next Annual General Meeting for a resolution. The Supervisory Board will then elect a new Chairman from among its members.
The Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to thank Mr. Daum for his services and wish him all the best for his professional and personal future.
