Change in the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG
The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Bekim Bunjaku as Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG - with immediate effect and for a period until June 30, 2026.
With the appointment of Mr. Bunjaku as the company's Executive Board, the office of the court-appointed Executive Board member, Mr. Andreas Ridder, also expired. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Ridder for his services and merits and wishes him all the best for the future.
