Changes to the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG effective December 31, 2026
The Supervisory Board and the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), Dr. Thomas Paul, have just reached a mutual agreement that his executive board service contract—which expires on December 31, 2026—and his tenure as a board member will not be extended beyond that date, due to personal reasons on the part of the board member.
The Supervisory Board wishes to express its appreciation for the collaboration to date and extends its best wishes to Dr. Thomas Paul for his future professional and personal endeavors.
