The Executive Board announces that it has established two companies (limited liability companies, GmbHs).
Remscheid, October 7, 2010 – Executive Board announced that it has established two companies (limited liability companies, GmbHs):
- Alexanderwerk Vertriebs GmbH, which deals with sales, marketing, development and final assembly.
- Alexanderwerk Produktions GmbH, which covers the entire production range of the parts required for assembly.
Both are wholly-owned subsidiaries. They are intended to form the basis for shareholdings, joint ventures and other cooperative relations with the aim of achieving further efficiency improvements, synergies and other advantages.
