Today, the Annual General Meeting approved all resolutions proposed by the management, as published in the electronic Federal Gazette on October 12, 2010, with the majority required by law.

Remscheid, November 19, 2010 – Today, the Annual General Meeting approved all resolutions proposed by the management, as published in the electronic Federal Gazette on October 12, 2010, with the majority required by law.

All resolutions on amendments to the Articles of Association will be implemented immediately. This applies in particular with regard to the amendment of section 2 of the Articles of Association, the expansion of the company’s object by a so-called holding clause.
