Personnel changes in Executive Board
The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG has just appointed Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt as a member of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG with effect from January 1, 2016. Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt is already the Managing Director of Alexanderwerk GmbH.
The current member of the Executive Board,Alfons Schmidt, will retire at the end of the term of his appointment on December 31, 2015. Alfons Schmidt will remain available to the company as a consultant.
