The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG announced that Mr. Ilkay Arici has been dismissed as a member of the Executive Board with immediate effect due to insurmountable differences regarding the restructuring.
Remscheid, October 7, 2009 – The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG announced that Mr. Ilkay Arici has been dismissed as a member of the Executive Board with immediate effect due to insurmountable differences regarding the restructuring. This personnel decision does not affect the immediate implementation of the restructuring program. Jürgen Kullmann, sole member of the Executive Board, has already begun to implement this plan and expects the first measures to have an impact on earnings as early as 2010.
The company will provide information on the progress of the restructuring in the next few days.
