The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG appointed Jürgen Kullmann as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). Mr. Jürgen Kullmann has a proven track record of many years of experience in the successful restructuring of companies.
Remscheid, October 2, 2009 – The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG appointed Jürgen Kullmann as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). Mr. Jürgen Kullmann has a proven track record of many years of experience in the successful restructuring of companies.
The restructuring concept presented by the Executive Board has been reviewed by the Supervisory Board in a holistically conclusive manner and is to be implemented.
In addition to CEO Ilkay Arici, Mr. Kullmann will take on an important role in the restructuring of Alexanderwerk AG with immediate effect. The aim is to bring the restructuring to a successful conclusion in 2010.
