Report of the Executive Board on the successful operational turnaround, the imminent completion of the restructuring phase and the future of the Alexanderwerk Group

After much progress has been made in the restructuring of Alexanderwerk AG, the long-awaited financing has now been secured for the time being.

Jürgen F. Kullmann, sole member of the Executive Board of ALEXANDERWERK AG, expects the restructuring to deliver considerable success, especially on the operational side.

As announced on October 7, the sole member of the Executive Board of ALEXANDERWERK AG, Jürgen Kullmann, has started with the implementation of the restructuring program.

The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG announced that Mr. Ilkay Arici has been dismissed as a member of the Executive Board with immediate effect.

The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG appointed Jürgen Kullmann as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO).
