The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG announced that Mr. Ilkay Arici has been dismissed as a member of the Executive Board with immediate effect.

The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG appointed Jürgen Kullmann as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO).

Interim CFO Maria Elisabeth Ostermann-Müller will leave Alexanderwerk AG as planned.
