Sale of shares in Alexanderwerk Produktions GmbH

Today, the Annual General Meeting approved all resolutions proposed by the management, as published in the electronic Federal Gazette on October 12, 2010, with the majority required by law.

The Executive Board announces that it has established two companies (limited liability companies, GmbHs).

Against the background of the half-year financial statements, the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG is obliged to point out that at least half of the current share capital has been consumed by losses.
