No reappointment of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt to the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG has just decided not to reappoint Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt as a member of the Executive Board for the time after the expiry of his current term of office. The current term of office of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt ends according to schedule at the end of June 30, 2022. This also corresponds to the regular term of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt’s current employment contract. Likewise, the appointment or employment of Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt in subsidiaries of Alexanderwerk AG is also not to be extended. The Supervisory Board has not yet made a final decision on the future composition of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG.
