Change in the management structure at Alexanderwerk

Remscheid, May 11, 2022 – With effect from May 6, 2022, the Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Thomas Paul as an additional member of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG. With his many years of experience in the transformation of companies, Dr. Paul will accompany the strategic repositioning of the Alexanderwerk Group towards a stronger customer- and market-oriented structure at the level of the operating companies, which also includes the alignment of the AG into a holding company.

Against this background, it was also decided to appoint Fatih Yavuz and Bekim Bunjaku as managing directors of Alexanderwerk GmbH, the principal operating company. From 2011 to 2021, Mr. Yavuz was Managing Director of Alexanderwerk Produktions GmbH. Mr. Bunjaku has been with the company since 2010 and has held a leading position in sales at Alexanderwerk GmbH since 2019.

The Supervisory Board expressly welcomes this constellation and is very optimistic that the change in the management structure will not only enable them to continue the successful development of the company in recent years, but also to further expand it nationally and, above all, internationally in the future.
