The PP 500 roller press from Alexanderwerk is the optimal roller press for economical compaction and meets all requirements and standards. As one of Alexanderwerk's largest machines for the chemical industry, it achieves a throughput of up to 50,000 kg/h with a roller diameter of 500 mm.

The PP is standard 500 with the Combi-Vent-Feeder® patented by Alexanderwerk. fitted. This special version of the feed system ensures particularly economical operation of the system, as the improved ventilation means larger quantities of product can be fed into the nip.

Due to the modular The construction and storage of the rollers on both sides ensures an extremely robust construction. This means that a maximum linear pressing force of 2,057 kN/cm can be achieved. Process parameters determined in the experiment can easily be scaled up to production scale on the PP 500 roller press.
