RFG 250 D/DL/DDL

The rotor fine granulators of the 250 series are designed to meet the requirements and standards of the chemical, pharmaceutical industries as well as for LifeScience and nuclear technology are made for granulation of dry or slightly moist substances.

With these three models, Alexanderwerk offers a range of powerful machines, capable of achieving a throughput rate of up to 4,500 kg/h, depending on the raw material and screen basket. Screen baskets with mesh sizes from 0.63 mm to 3.15 mm are available to achieve different granule geometries.

New operation mode

Alexanderwerk has developed a patented granulator in Diagonal-Design®, that raises the capacity up to 100 % by increasing the effectiveness of the working area of the screen. This leads to a doubling of throughput and a very gentle granulation with minimal fines generation. Additionally, production costs are reduced and the quality of the final product is increased. A mobile design provides great flexibility during compaction and allows an easy maintenance.
