Annual General Meeting / New Supervisory Board members / Dividend
At today’s Annual General Meeting of Alexanderwerk AG, Franz-Bernd Daum and Jürgen Kullmann were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board – in part at the proposal of a shareholder. The Supervisory Board’s nomination of Thomas Mariotti as a Supervisory Board member was rejected. The Supervisory Board elected Franz-Bernd Daum as Chairman and Jürgen Kullmann as Deputy Chairman.
At the same time, the Annual General Meeting resolved, at the proposal of a shareholder, to pay a dividend of EUR 0.83 per dividend-bearing share for the 2018 financial year. The management’s proposal for the appropriation of profits was rejected.
