Supervisory Board
Jürgen F. Kullmann has just informed the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG orally that he will resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board at the end of the next Annual General Meeting – which has not yet been scheduled. The Executive Board expects to receive his letter of resignation in the near future.
