Executive Board
The Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG decided today that Dr.-Ing. Alexander Schmidt will be appointed to the Executive Board at the turn of the year 2014/2015. The appointment is subject to a separate resolution of the Supervisory Board. The current Executive Board member, Alfons Schmidt, is expected to resign from the Executive Board at the turn of the year 2014/2015, but will continue to be available to the company as an advisor.
