Annual General Meeting / New Supervisory Board members
At today’s Annual General Meeting of Alexanderwerk AG, Thomas Mariotti and Jürgen Kullmann were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board at the proposal of a shareholder. The Supervisory Board’s nominations were rejected. At the same time, the authorized capital proposed by the management was also rejected.
