Change in the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG
Jürgen Kullmann today informed the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of the company that he will resign from his position as a member of the Executive Board of the Company with effect from February 1, 2012. The previous Chief Financial Officer, Manfred Teichelkamp, now manages the business as a sole member of the Executive Board.
