Testing
Test Facilities are available in both Remscheid, Germany and in Horsham, Pa. USA. The machines used are part of a continuous replacement program that ensures the use of latest technology is available from Alexanderwerk.
To investigate the feasibility of your application, we initially conduct our own tests on a small quantity of material. This establishes the appropriate machine and technology from our range and allows us to provide you with a cost estimate for the project.
To achieve this, we require a completed questionnaire, a material safety data sheet, and a small quantity of the raw material. Alexanderwerk will return a processed product sample for your reference and inspection. These trials will be provided against cost contribution.
Based on the results of the initial trials, additional trials may be conducted on a fee basis, preferably witnessed by the client. Our test facility is available for use at any time and every effort is made to accommodate client preferences. During such testing, the final product specification can be optimised and various process requirements can be discussed. Test fees depend upon the time to complete testing, cleaning requirements and the probability of machine purchase.
