Announcement of increase in capital stock
To fund its further growth, the company intends to increase its capital stock. Thus, the capital stock is to be increased by 24,000 new bearer stock certificates at a calculated par value of twenty-six (26) Euro each, from currently 96,000 to 120,000 stock certificates. In a next step, a stock splitting of 1:10 is scheduled for resolution to be passed at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for early 2006.
