It is the belief of the supervisory board and the board of management of Alexanderwerk AG that the management and supervision of their company are in line with the principles of good management as prescribed by the Companies Act.
For this reason the supervisory board and the board of management of Alexanderwerk AG, pursuant to § 161 AktG (Companies Act), declare that the recommendations of the Deutscher Corporate Governance Code government commission have not been followed and are not followed.
